| Bio: | ![]() . toujours pur . In the violent silence Of a dream within a dream You fill my soul with beauty Name: Narcissa Malfoy Birthdate: July 17, 1955 Age: 42 Hair colour: Pale blonde Eye colour: Blue Height: 5'8 Weight: She'd never tell that. Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual Physical markings: None, except for her stunning beauty Appearance: Tall and thin, but curvy. Narcissa is the personification of beauty (and she knows it). She has piercing blue eyes, long blonde hair, full lips, and long legs. Often appears to stick her nose up at people she finds unworthy of her attention. Family: Lucius Malfoy (husband), Draco Malfoy (son). The rest of her immediate family is dead, or disowned. History: As a student at Hogwarts, Narcissa excelled in mostly all of her subjects. While she was admired for her beauty, Narcissa wanted to be admired for her intelligence as well in order to be well-rounded in her self-imposed perfection. She was very popular with both the girls and the boys. Most girls wanted to be her, whether they loved her hated her mattered not, they still wanted to be associated with her due to her family name. Even the girls not in Slytherin would be blind not to notice how pretty she was. The boys wanted her. Boys will be boys. She would humor their flirtations when in a playful mood, but for the most part she ignored them. One friendship that developed while she was at Hogwarts was between herself and a much younger student, Severus Snape. The pairing was a bit odd, due to their lineage differences and family status. But he was intelligent and she found they could converse on many things. She grew very fond of him; a bond that would come to be very important later on in her life. Lucius married her very shortly after their schooling years were complete. They established themselves very easily due to their reputation and unlimited wealth. Everything was perfect in their lives. It took a little longer than expected for Narcissa to get pregant, but she finally did and gave birth to Draco a little more than a month before her twenty fifth birhtday. From the moment she knew she was with child, she was in love with her baby. When Draco was born, her love grew ten fold. She doted on him, showered him with gifts, attention, devotion, and love. Her son would want for nothing. When Lucius was strict, she was soft. Sometimes their parenting differences would spark friction between husband and wife, but Narcissa would never back down when Draco was the matter at hand. While she usually would give Lucius control of what he wanted, that was not the case with their son. Draco is the best thing in her life. He is the only person she thinks higher of than herself, and the only person she would not hesitate to lay down and die for. As much as she loves Lucius, she cannot place him at the same level of adoration as she has for Draco. This is mostly due to her own vanity. Narcissa loves herself, Draco was born from her and part of her. How could she not adore him? She would do anything for him, which is why during his sixth year at Hogwarts she did the unthinkable. Through deception and at the risk of her own life, she went to her closest friend from school, Severus Snape, and with him formed an Unbreakable Vow to keep Draco safe. Her son had taken the Mark (which she had been adamently against. This was the only time she lost out on a matter concerning Draco), and she would do anything to keep him safe from the Dark Lord's hand. Their Vow produced catastrophic results, but ultimately saved Draco's life. One more time would she risk her life and through deception defy the Dark Lord again. In exchange for the information of her son's safety, she lied to Voldemort about The Boy Who Lived being dead. Her decision to do so allowed her and Lucius to find Draco. Whether or not it had anything to do with the Dark Lord's death mattered not to her. All she cared about was keeping her family together. ![]() In the evening stars I see your eyes I hear you speak to me I miss you now so much it aches So broken so afraid Recent Past: Mostly she's been in hiding. One would assume that the Malfoys were not regarded in the highest esteem by their peers. In the heat of the moment, she and Lucius put Draco over the Dark Lord. But now that its over, she fears Lucius resents her for her actions and blatant defiance. Right now, she's working on trying to find a way to redeem herself and her family to bring them back into high regard and restore their reputation. She's also mourning the loss of her beloved sister Bellatrix and trying to cope with that. Personality: For the most part, Narcissa is exactly what she is expected to be. The perfect, pureblood wife and mother. She is extremely well-mannered and versed on most subjects. Her etiquette and manners are flawless (that is, when surrounded by her peers -- if she was to be subjected to being around anyone of a lower status she would not hesitate to stick her nose up at them). Narcissa's outlook on life is fairly simple. Her life was mapped out for her since the time she was a child, and while most would rebel and fight against such a thing, she enjoys it. She wants to be the beautiful porcelain doll that everyone admires but no one is allowed to touch. She savors every moment of it. She wanted to be spoiled and pampered by her husband, and be the devoted mother to her son. Strengths and Weakesses: Her biggest strengths are also her biggest weaknesses. One would be her devotion to her family. The only person she loves more than herself is her son Draco. He is put above all else. She loves Lucius fiercely as well. Her love for her family gives her strength, but if anything were to happen to either of them, her heart would shatter and her world would crumble into ash. Her other strength and weakness is her vanity. Narcissa's opinion of herself is so high that she exudes confidence and charm wherever she goes. She's extremely beautiful, and she knows it. The flaw lies within that very notion. She's afraid of losing her beauty, and goes to pieces inside whenever a sign of her age catches up with her. Narcissa is not above using magic to cover a wrinkle should it dare make its presence known on her face. ![]() Swimming your sad ocean I'm drowning in your sea This will all be over soon And we'll learn to live again [ Fake journal is fake.
